Su25T Trim Problems

I am having so major problem trying to trim the Su25T. I can get the trim close but as I roll in on the target the trim acts up and spend all my time trimming the plane and not on the target. I configured the up and down arrows for trim. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help. Wad

Your airspeed will affect your pitch stability. The faster you go, the more your nose will want to pitch up and vice versa.
