Fictional FC3 Su-33 srb skin

Fictional SU-33 high resolution (2048x2048) skin, made by =4c=Savo Srpski, founder and honorary leader =4c=SVFS.

 

Installation instructions:

 

 

I

 

1. First make a backup of existing named files,

 

2. then unpack rar file.

 

3. Find DCS World\Bazar\World\textures and just insert two files [su-33-skin-l-05.bmp.dds and su-33-skin-r-

 

05.bmp.dds] to WorldTexturesBMP1.zip (overwrite existing)

 

3.a) If you wish to remove red stars from the fuselage, insert nomera.tga.dds to WorldTexturesTGA.zip file. This will

 

also remove Russian markings from all skins.

 

This skin will replace standard SU-33 t-10k-1 test paint scheme skin.

 

Adjusted and adapted for DCSW - FC3 by =4c=Grom

 

*** If you wish to change default wallpaper with Su-35 picture replace base-menu-window.png file from DCS World

 

\Mods\aircrafts\Flaming Cliffs\Skins\1\ME with given file.

Or you can use my JSGME mod. Just copy my [su-33 SRB skin] folder to mods folder in your DCS World

 

directory (eg. "_MODS") and activate.

Skins in stock, especially for the Su-33, are very ugly. Especially for DCS standard, so this is my attempt to fix things up a bit.

I'm glad you like it. :) In the same way, you yourself can insert your favorite Su-33 skin from FC2 to DCS. I have not checked yet, but I think it will be possible for the MiG-29, also.
