100% CNC Cut...

 

So... Many... Pieces...

 

I do not envy those who had to cut this out by hand, but I am sure it is well worth the payoff...

Looking sharp! Like what you've done with the stick mount. So far, I have only used a grey rattle-can primer as I'm not sure where to source the actual color. I figure once it gets warmer, I can paint with correct color, but still got plenty of time for that.

Believe it or not, I used indoor latex paint and rolled it on. It dries really fast and you don't have to seal the wood which is nice.

 

I used cheap Glidden indoor latex paint.
