Track iR and zoom with Multi Monitor

Now that I am riunning 3 x 1920/1200 monitors the cockpit zoom is now only really view able when the HAWG HOTAS slider is in the full back position.

 

Any guides as to how this can be adjusted?

 

Track iR gets a bit jittery as well, Are there any recommended smoothing settings that one would recommend to eliminate this?
