Drew Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Hi , It seems I need a new activation: I have a DVD retail copy of DCS Black Shark v1 This is what I have done so far - Purchased DCS Black Shark 2 upgrade v 1.2.3.English download when I tried to install it says DCs Black Shark must be installed Tickets submitted 18395 28/12/12 via lockon.co.uk support -no reply. 20538 28/03/13 - no reply 20541 28/03/13 - no reply e-mailed team@eagle 15/1/13- reply 16/1/13- wrong version tried KA_50_bs1 update_en_1.2.2.7570_69 - DCs Black shark must be installed and activated tried KA_50_patch_en_bs update_en_1.1.1.1 - DCs Black shark must be installed tried KA_50_full_en_1.1.1.1 - DCs Black shark must be installed e-mailed starforce support with reg info: - their reply as follows:- Your serial number is ***********. But we've checked it and see that you don't have more activations on your serial number, therefore the problem relates to the limitation of your serial number. We don't have legal authority to do anything with it, because it belongs to the publisher. You should contact the application publisher technical support for solving this issue.
