FalloutMan Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I am at my wits end with this saitek garbage! I have a 2012 Apple Macbook Pro with the nVidia GT650M and I am running Windows 7 64bit. I have downloaded the drivers found in the x52 folder on Saitek's FTP server (x52pro_171006_64) and I am using the SST SD7.24.8 64bit software. The issue is I can't use profiles I create in SST or ones that I download, I get the issue every time in the profiler that the device is not profiled in the profile. I know for a fact that I am using x52 Pro downloads and my SST is set for the x52 Pro. What software/driver versions are you guys using that work? Im tired of jumping through the hoops of uninstalling and installing the drivers and Im about ready to pawn these off to someone else and get the TM HOTAS setup. The worst part is this stick works great in OS X wen I use X-Plane and it works in Windows with FSX when I dont try to use any profiles. I would just configure the joystick manually in DCS but I dont know what the hell Im doing since I have had 0 chances to fly because of my stick issues.
jay43 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 You have to load the profile for it to work usually done by clicking on the x52 joystick icon on your ribbon. Right click and it will bring up a menu with the list of profiles just click on the one you want to use. However you will have to re-configure it in game to get it to work as only the axis will show. FalloutMan Posted April 30, 2013 Author Posted April 30, 2013 I know how to use Profiler. Every time I try and load a profile that is when I get the device not profiled issue regardless of where the .pr0 comes from.
