Campaign - Ramp Start

After completing the A10 campaign I changed the setting and always started from runway.

 

I am now starting the same campaign with CA but cannot change the dialog box to runway start and its "stuck" on ramp start. Id like to change this cos it doesn get boring waiting to start all the time.

 

Anyway to force to to change?
