AI crash

So I was all finished up with my mission, I RTB, Taxi back to my spot, and then I hear a large explosion! I look over to see this :doh: I was just wondering how often the AI crashes with no input from the player. Looks like a AH-64 and an A-10 collided on the runway. The Pilot and WSO of the AH-64 are definately KIA. The Hog pilot performed a ground eject and landed safely ~50 ft from the aircraft.
