Alternative to the Joyloc?

I'm looking to mount my warthog throttle and stick to my desk, there's unfortunately a lip on the desk, and I can't mount them to my chair or up from the floor. I'm not interested in using the Joyloc since A: its very expensive and B: I doubt it would fit my desk anyways.

 

I've been brainstorming and looking everywhere for a way to securely mount my stuff to the desk, but I can't seem to find anything that really sticks out to me. There has to be some kind of clamp, or underside desk mount, or something anything that could handle this job, I was hoping someone would maybe have an idea on this forum... =/
