He finally agreed, but in the time that has passed he forgot his credentials.... GRRRRR! He submitted a ticket several weeks ago and keeps updating it, hoping someone will help. How do we get some help with his ticket? His ticket number is: 21230 Please help, desperate here! ~Thump. Unfortunately, "bumping" through adding posts like that can delay service, since it updates the timestamp on the ticket. I will tell my wingman to "hold here" and patiently wait..... k, can't do that last part. I can't argue that I would rather have the resources devoted to making this great sim better, but a minimal amount of effort still has to assigned to keep those customers who have purchased the sim and are having difficulties up and running. ~Thump.
