STARFORCE problem

Ok i updated my bios yesterday, now i just went to run lockon and it brings up the starforce changed hardware thing and i need to activate again to play lockon, i tried reinserting my usual reg key into the reg, but that didnt work.

 

So my question is this, will a motherboard bios update make you have to activate starforce again ? as if it does'nt then starforce has messed up cuz i havent added any new hardware.

 

I havent re-activated as of yet, as if its a software bug i aint looseing a activation over it.
