How to keep view changes

How do I go about creating SnapViewsDefault.lua in this folder:

 

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\DCS\Config\View

 

I had a file but it seems like the system was not reading it. Instead it was reading the same file from:

 

C:\DCS World\Config\View
