Creating multiplayer account

I tried creating an account and it said 'invalid serial number'. Am I supposed to enter the serial number somewhere? If so, is it the 'TX' or 'PH' number?

It is saying "Invalid Serial Number" because your license is already tied to an account - the account you used in purchase.

 

Simply log in with the same account you purchased the product on.
