ZweiBlau.dll crash when loading any flight

Happens since upgrade to 1.26

 

Game crashes just before flight is fully loaded (between 60-75% loading bar)

Get error "DCS has stopped working"

closes, windows re-opens to debrief screen

Tried several steps

-changed resolution

-Rename DCS Saved Game folder

-Repair DCS World-Tried DEP fix

-Tried 32 bit fix bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072

-Tried DEP fix bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff

-unplugged joystick

-have not re-installed (had many Steam key issues when first bought about a month ago and re-installed several times taking 40mins to 2 hours each time)

 

DCS World and A10C 1.26

Intel duo E5200 2.5 OC to 3.0 (VERY stable)

4 GB RAM

NVIDIA GTS 450 (1GB VRAM) 3.20.49 driver

Windows 32 bit
