deskoilot Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 I recently went from 32bit to 64 bit OS, Windows 7 and when doing so I have lost the ability to use my Joy Stick in DCS World. It does not show up in the oiptions menu under controls. I have been told that when I plug my usb controller into the computer, that it automatically calibrates itself. I am unable to calibrate the joy stick from device manager like I could do before. Any ideas?
Dagger71 Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 (edited) I recently went from 32bit to 64 bit OS, Windows 7 and when doing so I have lost the ability to use my Joy Stick in DCS World. If you cannot calibrate in device manager there is definitely a problem with joystick or drivers. I am suspecting driver issue. Also it is wrong to assume that any joystick would automatically calibrate itself. I usually calibrate my 3d pro every few days to ensure proper response. Edited September 22, 2013 by Dagger71
deskoilot Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 I think so, however I plugged it into a different port and it worked ok but there is no way for me to calibrate it.
