CTD after a few minutes of MP

Bug for BS2 and I have the latest 1.2.6 update 2 installed. If I can provide more information please let me know.

 

The time before the CTD occurs varies, but it happens usually while using the shkval or going int and out of EN ROUTE mode.

 

Following the instructions here. I'm posting what seems to be relevant information.
