No FC2 Multiplayer after Windows 8 to 8.1

Has anyone else had this issue. I downloaded and installed the upgrade from Win 8.0 to 8.1 Everything seems to work except for my Lockon FC2 Muliplayer. It will not allow mw to log on. DCS world including muliplayer works fine.

 

Any suggestions on a fix.
