hey guys , I had a small collection of some of the old sticks in my shed that I had intended to use for a cockpit build. I lost the stick part from a TM mark 2 hotas but currently use the throttle with the guts of an old joystick. it has 6 push bottons and I had installed an analog game pad stick in it which gave me the use of 2 axis for mouse control or what have but its currently broken and I need to get a new analog stick.

my current project is fitting a suncom talon f15 stick onto a Logitech extreme 3d pro body. here are some low quality pictures. of what I have so far.

and with all its buttons in place, so far it has the 2 hats active and the trigger button , but some of the switches inside are not working and ill have to replace them on the board.

its coming along however ive gotten a mental blank and need an idea for the old twist rudder axis that I have available in the stick. does anyone know if there is a real function used on a stick that the axis could be set to , other then that I would just set it to a trim I guess. I also intend to wire the pinkie switch to complete a microphone circuit and have a port to plug a mic into and a wire to run along side the usb cable to plug into the pc mic port. this will allow me to have control of the mic via push button as some programs don't allow this. so any idea are welcome

cheers :D
