Mouse is misaligned

When I use my mouse to "click" on any button in the cockpit it "clicks" the button adjacent to it, i.e. If I click a button on the MFD the one next to it depresses. Not sure how this glitch came up, one minute everythings fine the next I have the listed condition. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've searched the forums and haven't found an answer that fits.
