How to make an S-3 out of an SU-33

I have seen various mods of the F-18, using the SU-33 as the base aircraft, so that carrier landing and takeoffs can be accomplished.

 

I would like to do the same thing, but with the S-3A. I don't care about the cockpit, I simply want to 'reskin' the SU-33, so that it looks like the S-3.

 

Can someone please tell me how to do it?
