Slow down slew rate on TM Hotas throttle (BS2)

Hi,

 

Anybody point me in the right direction of adjusting the 'slew rate' on my TM Hotas throttle. I'm using it to slew the Shkval, but its just to fast to pinpoint a target.

 

(I have it mapped to that little centre button)

 

Any help appreciated :thumbup:
