• Ownership of the F-16C or F-15E Strike Eagle [When released]
• Be an active & constructive member of the 4YA DCS Community
• Rich knowledge of airframe
• Fluent in speaking and understanding English
• Good teaching and instructing capabilities
• Friendly and outgoing personality
