By joining this discord group and participating in it's events you automatically agree to the rules:

1. Be civil and respectfull
2. No spamming in chats
3. There is zero tollerance for racism, hate speech or discrimination 
4. No offensive usernames
5. No violating Discord or Eagly Dynamics Terms of Service
6. Always use the correct channels for the content you wish to post

Failure to follow these rules will result in action being taken.

How we operate:
Flying as a group is a big part of this server, each mission we fly will be semi-serious. It will require a degree of coordination and communication for wich we will use a color coded comms system as follows: 
Green Comms: free to talk about whatever whenever
Yellow Comms: Keep talking down to only mission specific info
Red Comms: No one talks without being spoken to by flight lead with the only exception being callouts like contacts and missile launches

Failure to follow this system could result in diciplinary action.

We offer a wide range of training sessions, events and missions. So you dont need to be able to fly your module perfectly, we are here to learn and help eachother.
We also understand people have things going on in life that wont allow you to be able to fly all the time, this is no issue at all as we understand it can be tough. However, in the spirit of keeping this discord active, if you are inactive for more than 2 weeks without anyone knowing what is going on, you will be removed from the discord for inactivity.
