"Vigilantia Aeterna" - Eternal Vigilance Joint Task Force 15 (JTF-15) is a virtual realism group in DCS World. JTF-15 was founded in 2022 by a like-minded group of friends from US and UK looking for a mature and friendly community to train and fly with. JTF-15 focuses on immersive and teamwork-oriented gameplay with an emphasis on role-play. Our playstyle aims to strike a balance between realism and accessibility. We want to enjoy the excitement of realism environment while not adhering to every detail of military aviation. Flying with us should feel challenging but not overwhelming. The main focus of the group's operations is our persistent, dynamic, PvE campaign set in 2002-2006. Each campaign lasts around 4-6 months. Our campaigns feature a rich background story inspired by historic events and factions with detailed economies. Our campaigns are designed to fully immerse you in the battlefield featuring detailed briefing for each mission, human controller for AWACS / GCI, historical equipment and loadouts, emulated supply lines and economic nodes. In these campaigns, your skills will be tested in a wide range of mission sets including but not limited to: CAP, Escort, SEAD/DEAD, AI, SCAR, and more. Your choices and actions matter; every mission will have an impact on the course of the campaign. You must work effectively not just with your wingman or your flight, but also with the rest of the strike package to ensure the success of the campaign! We focus on enhancing the multiplayer experience by using real life tactics, techniques and procedures to work as a team. In game date: Early 2003 Theatre of operations: Syria, North East Mediterranean Sea, will change with future campaigns to use other high quality maps.
