All of the above are manual. Ka-50 slots that are set for hot start have alignment preset in the mission editor, and there's a way to disable the need for alignment as well. I think that's what they are referring to as "auto"

Watch your rotor blade RPM gauge. It has to stay between the 2 yellow marks. AC generators are tied to your main rotor and if it rotates too slow, there won't be enough voltage generated for the transformers to function. AKA if you pull too much collective or do a hard maneuver, the blade RPM could drop below the bottom yellow mark (85%) and the generators will fail temporarily

It's a multiplayer desynch. You can fix it by jumping out and jumping back into the operator seat

Go into "gameplay" settings and uncheck the top left option "simplified flight dynamics" or something like that
