Hi all, Noticed an issue with George AI since the update, Couldn't grab a screencap but its fairly easy to replicate and describe.
Helicopter loadout config: RF Hellfires x8, 38 17PDR Rockets, Internal fuel tank. MP observed, Non-MT and MT makes no difference. Steam version.
When scanning for a target with George using his menus he begins to freak out, Scanning left, right centre, up and down in rapid sucession. Even when target is found and slaved through the George menu he will not lock, lase or actually point the camera at the target. Upon messing around in the front seat I found its related to the LT swtich and behaviour as is follows.
LT- Auto: George does the above mentioned freaking out and wont stop,
M- George will take a breather and stop freaking out and scanning, He will follow the pilots slave without issue. The problem being in this mode whilst he will target he will refuse to LASE and therefore weapons are not effective.
O- George will behave, he will slave to target, will target and LASE. All weapons systems and behaviours as normal when you return to the pilots seat.
This is the only fix I've found and done all the regular game troubleshooting etc.
