Its the Steam version, so you can't repair, only "Verify Integrity of Files" in Steam game properties. And yes, I've done that, and a total full install from scratch to ver 2.5.6. I'll log a ticket, but thanks for trying...

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. I'm on version 2.5.5.41962 (as shown in the 3rd pic, and only downloaded on Steam a few hours ago), and yes I have run a integrity check via Steam and it says its all good! Everything seems to be installed and in the right folders, just not showing the launch icons on the main screen (again, see the 3rd photo, with no FC3 or Spitfire or F-18 ), but as you can see, the AV8B, Nevada, Caucasus, Normandy and Persian Gulf are all showing??? DCS.log file enclosed if it helps. Thanks dcs.zip

Hi there, exactly the same problems. Have legit bought AV8B, Spitfire, FC3, all the regions, and loads of campaigns and the free to try F16 and F18, which have all worked perfectly until now. All that is now showing is the AV8B and regions?! I've totally uninstalled everything, reinstalled, and although the mods are all saying installed, and show in the DCS World / mods folder, the icon on the start screen isn't there to click on! All my previous missions, pilot logs etc are all there, just not some of the modules?! Verified all files after installation too, and all good. This is a Steam install, btw... Please assist, I'm dying to fly my Spitfire again!:cry:
