  1. cant see that in the menu, sorry if being thick
  2. How do we set up the formation starting position? Am I missing something or should we not have "Battle Left" and "Battle Right" as options in the menu. I used line abreast as a starting point but not sure if this is complicating anything. Also, have been testing out the basic smaller turns. I note that if I request a 90 right and the AI is starting in "battle left" (i.e. he initiates a right turn towards me) - it doesn't seem to recognize that it should have switched to "battle right" after it changes sides in the turn, as it immediately switches back to where it started from. In the the opposite case, i.e. I lead the turn into him, he correctly responds, we both crossover but he then stays in the correct position on the opposite side.
  3. Ended up deleting the saved games sub-directory and then repaired the install. Seemed to do the trick. Thanks
  4. thanks - checked the settings, looks normal (i.e. 1 screen selected)
  5. Ok have attached log.zip Some stuff in there that looks like it might be related, but I've never looked in one of these log files before. Logs.zip
  6. Not sure where to start with this one, but I have tried the A10 (DCS version) and the SU25T after a fresh install of the 2.5 production release and the aircraft are missing. The only thing visible in the main cockpit view are the radar / hud / mfd's - i.e. they are floating in mid-air. Anyone got any ideas ? This is my second fresh install, same thing happened each time.
  7. Just getting back into this game up after some time away and am re doing the a10 training missions. After following the instructor and selecting the Batumi FLDINO page the TWR frequency now says 4.25 instead of the orginal 131.00 (as per this video ) Any ideas?
  8. Hi all, Never touched MP before as I have been trying to work through the sim myself. Been flying a couple of months now - not much previous experience so I am prob way behind most of you guys out there, but if there's anyone about patient enough to fly with a rookie (or any other new simmers that want to learn alongside someone!) I am about some week nights after 8:00 and usually at least one at the weekend. Timezone is UK as I am based in Essex.
