[game mode lua files]

I've been searching up and down my dcs directory and user saved game for these files and have had no luck.Would anybody have an idea where these are located?

[Custom monitor configurations]

Since an update back in July I've have not been able to use any custom multi monitor configurations. The game won't recognize them at all.Is this a bug or something on my end.

[no night vision in game mode]

It works in sim mode but not in game mode,it not even listed in the controls under uh1 game.

[bs2 crashing]

I had a feeling it was 32 bit os or the gpu just wasn't sure.Would help if I installed dcs world and the upgrade module

[bs2 crashing]

My bs2 upgrade version 1.1.1.1 has been crashing quite a bit and hoping to get some help.I submitted a support ticket a few weeks ago but no response,I understand they are probably busy with fc3.I couldn't post the crash log cause I'm not sure where its at for bs2 but here is all the details I have at the moment.

[custom snap views don't work in campaign]

They work fine in single missions but they won't save in campaign with su25t.Is there some kind of restriction I have to disable.

There is an instant zoom for the hud but it doesn't zoom all the in.It is one of the custom default snap views.

Will there anymore fc2 content or are you waiting for fc3.I would purchase the f15 mission but I haven't really learned that aircraft yet.

I didn't see anything in the link about downloading from one pc and moving to another but thanks for the info,forgot about the phone option

Can I download the files from another pc and move them to the pc with bs1 on it and will I need the internet to activate or can I just purchase a license and activate it with that.

I'm not sure that its a bug but the su25 has no easy flight model.If it does then its a buy cause the weapon systems look fun to play with.

Fc3 is great news but I'm still learning the avionics in fc2,a10c and bs1.I hope they add some single player stuff cause thats all I play.

I'm a little confused as well since it is a seperate game from bs1.I know the released thread mentioned a new campaign but does it come with its own set of missions and campaigns or do we play the ones from bs1

[multi monitor question]

I know fc2 is ment for 3 monitors but I only have 2.I set the resoulution so it thinks there is a 3rd monitor and I get the center and left screens.I wanted to know if there is a way I could get the center and the right screens.

I'm not talking about the options/gameplay tabs.In controls in the upper left corner of you're screen you should see dcs game or dcs real with a drop down box.If you want to set you're controls for easy avionics this tab should say dcs game.

did you try going into axis assign and under your stick select collective and add joy slider

 

make sure tab in upper left corner says dcs game mode

When I disengage auto pilot the aircraft banks hard to the left and stays that way.

I go by hsi and I wouldn't mind trying to learn everything but I would rather learn the way I choose but thanks anyway.

Learn to fly, and I mean LEARN TO FLY YOUR AIRCRAFT first, then worry about avionics other than your speed/altitude/aoa gauges. Once you are confident in handling the aircraft, fighting becomes easier.

 

Besides, you aren't learning any avionics whatsoever with easy avionics on.

Thats just the way I prefer to learn and I have easy avionics off

I tried it and it didn't seem that difficult to fly,had a couple of stalls but got out them and what does it mean when I hear minimum speed.I took out some migs without much of a problem.I think I need to learn the radar and counter measure system better.I can navigate and shoot without a problem

well- you have a looong way to go if you don't have a stick. Sorry- but I think you are in for a lot of frustration. Flight simulation requires some semblance of dedication and some investment.. I mean- you do what you want- but many flight sim people aren't going to invest a lot of effort helping. Not picking on you- just a fact.

I have a stick but I'm trying to learn the avioncs 1st and then go into the flying.

and don't try to learn & practice this plane- or any other- using the in game crutches like easy radar, unlimited anything. I would caution against labels too. Although I realize that there are a few circumstances where labels can be useful- it is too easy to get dependent on them- and they WILL stunt your ability to learn proper instrument & visual skills. If you have ANY aspirations of flying online ever- you must get comfortable using "ace" settings.

 

The section of the A10 manual covering the CDU is longer than the entire F15 section..

There isn't no easy radar in the missons in lofc2 but labels are on.I modded them so they aren't as easy to see.I've been trying to learn the tws to help find targets but as soon as they launch at me its over.
