well from what i see you can only get it via box , not good , since nothing can ship where i live digital download would be best also , is FC2 the same as FC1 but with more content??

Hello simmers , first of all im new to the forums and not in a english speaking country , my english may not be that good ive been watching some Lock On videos and so , i decided to buy it with the Flaming cliffs 1 and 2 addons so i went to the e-shop 1 - how can i buy the original lock on by internet , im not on USA and any of the stores they mention there can ship where i live ( brazil ) so buying it online and downloading is the only way i can get it 2- does Flaming Cliffs 2 is the same as flaming cliffs 1 but with more content?? well , i appreciate any help :)
