Recently I installed another copy of Windows7 using the option to simply put another copy onto the same drive as the old one. The install method moves everything a folder called windows old. I had my Black Shark and FC2 both installed into another folder (C:Games). Nothing was altered in either of the installs of BS and FC2. I moved over the entire Users and Games folder from Windows old to the new install. I was able to re activate both games by simply entering the SN where prompted and everything starts up fine. ModMan even remembered everthing like it was still on the old Windows7 install. Problem I have is all the controls for all the aircraft are gone. Where are these stored and how do I reinstate them? I fooled around with the Load button on the options\controls menu in BS and now I don't have the ability to highlight and change many of the settings on that. Cdr Edit; I figured it out. There is not only a separate profile for each aircraft, there is a separate profile for each controller for each aircraft. I had to go thru and find them under Config\Input\Aircrafts\XXX\Joystick\Ch Control Manager device 1, etc... Maximumnonuserfriendliness.

Got it sorted, ran the game update in track ir. Thought I'd leave this posted for others having a brainfart. Cdr

Bought Black Shark a couple days ago, thought I'd go ahead and get FC2 as well. Installed today, patched up to 1.2.1, but Track IR refuses to work. It works on all other games, IL-2, Black Shark, etc..., but not on FC2. I'm using exclusive load. Green light is on. Axis are mapped in axis section of controls. Is there something else that must be switched on in game? I can usually figure this stuff out, but no go here. Thanks, Cdr

I just purchased and installed Black Shark. I patched to 1.0.1c, then to 1.0.2. I then realized I couldn't view the training stuff, uninstalled the 1.0.2. The game wouldn't start then so I had to reinstall. Anyways, after all that and getting things up and running I have a problem. I can't get the profiles to save properly. They stay in there, but they are always altered in some way when I start the game later. Mostly the axis are messed up and a bunch of keys get copied across all 4 CM devices. Anyone got any help with this? This isn't going to get played until I get this sorted. It takes 15 minutes to redo all that everytime. Thanks, Cdr
