ironic for that kind of platorm in general , the anti-tank platform . after the collapse of the soviet regime lot of people thought anti-tank planes or helos were no need anymore . but Irak , then Afghanistan and now Lybia shows that that kind of platorms have a bright future . with a TLAM you haven't the risk to get the pilot down but a Tomahawk can't do three turns in a cup of coffee to get a tank hidden behind a rock like a hog , or a SU-25 or a AH-64 does

no i'm not contradictory . because CDG was built before budgets cuts started and as the carrier was brand new it would have been difficult to send it to scrap :smilewink: Edit : my rep lost lot of fat , and seems i'm not the only one
