TJTas, This input is coming from a very novice Apache sim pilot, so please take it with a grain of salt. My method to the madness is to get the helicopter into a stable cruise well before the engagement area, about 90 knots at 500 AGL. Switch to the CPG seat and let George get himself orientated in the pilots seat, and don't try to correct anything he's doing for about 10 seconds. Once he settles in and the helicopter is once again cruising comfortably, start issued commands through the Cntrl V menu to get him to hover and maneuver where you want to be for best engagement profiles. As soon as I'm done with my engagement, I hop back into the pilots seat, and fly my planned or impromptu egress, depending on terrain and threats. Hopes this helps, and please if anyone knows better or sees room for improvements in my methods, post or send me a message, I'm always up to learn!

After downloading 2.8, I have noted the load times have gone way up. Once loaded into the cockpit (in this case, the F-14B) the deck crew are all literal skeletons. It was kind of funny but kind of aggravating as it took a while to get back out of the program. DIdn't have these issues prior to patch. Any advice?

Considering the purchase of an AMD 6500XT GPU, as I am on a budget (as in I've run a rx470 for several years.) Does anyone have any experience with this card? Ant advise would be much appreciated!

Thanks much. As of right this minute I'm just wanting to play the campaigns as they are posted, and get a feel for how the generator works. I may move into a little more complex mission and campaign design a bit later. I have my hands full just figuring out the F14 at the moment

Where would one find the Mbot campaign generator? And once I do find it, are there any video or guides that detail how to install and use it? I see so many campaigns that look beautiful in the User File section, but leery as I don't have or know how to use the campaign generator (yet!)

Good morning to all. I've up to this point been a strictly single player DCS pilot. I've been tinkering with the idea of getting online, and have a few questions. 1st...What does everyone recommend I communicate on? Ive seen SRS and Discord. Any other systems I haven't read about yet? 2nd...What is the protocol, if one were to join a given open server at some random time, for asking to be included in another pilot (squad, section, flight, ect.) activities?
