  1. Update! I've found that when I disable "Radio Assists" in the gameplay menue, I no longer have the problem. Also, however, with "Radio Assists" disabled, you don't have the missle markers either..lol. What the markers have to do with "Radio Assists" I don't know. I've found a work around for that too. Enable "labels" in the gameplay menue, and when entering a mission, push Lshift + F-6, and the incoming, (and outgoing for that matter), missiles will have text labels on them. At that point, the audio problem is solved, and missiles are labeled. The only difference is that there will be no "Betty" calling out the missiles, and the direction they are coming from. I can live with that! :)

  3. When I land at a FARP, I rearm, and refuel, and then shut my engines down for repairs. Now I start my engines, and notice that only a nano second of sound plays when the radio sounds of the tower, wingmen, ground crew and Betty should be heard. The text still appears in the upper left corner of the screen, but no more radio sound. I can continue the mission, giving my wingmen orders, and everything works right except the lack of comms audio, ONLY after FARP stop. Any ideas team?
  4. Just set a trigger in the mission so that when the bombers target is damaged, it will show a text message that he has delivered his ordinance. Better than nothing I guess..hehe.
  5. I've got the same problem, usually triggered when I land at a FARP, and shut down the engine for repairs. When I start the chopper back up, no sound of tower, ground crew or wingmen. I see the subtitles of comms, but no audio. Like you, just a click or a split second of audo, then nothing. Still have the problem....I've tried a different sound card, to no avail. If I don't find it necessary to shut down my engine, I have no problem. BTW, I didn't have any mods installed...didn't even have Modman installed, and again two different sound cards...same problem.
  6. Has anyone had the issue with this? When I have wingmen in a mission, and land at a FARP, I rearm, and refuel, and then shut my engines down. The wingmen all land and do the same. Any ideas anyone?
