  1. I know right? So many valid reason for this option. Here's to hopes and dreams!
  2. Would be nice to freeze the time of day(static sun & moon)for those of us who like to live and fly in the twilight Why? Because it's a sim and these things would be nice to simulate only because we can.
  3. Not sure what happened but it looks like my save game folder must have become corrupted. Seem to work ok now. Sucks though. Major pain to reset everything. Oh,well. Thanks a bunch.
  4. I just tried changing around the NWS disengage and designate binding to different buttons and just keyboard. Same problem.
  5. I did a full clean and repair still no change. It seems if NWS is not disengaged before taking off this happens. I tried it several times from a hot start on ground. I have never disabled nose wheel steering before. Seems odd to me why this would now be the case. Can you reproduce it. I tried unbinding the Steering as well same prob.
  6. Roger that. it seems only to happen the moment the helmet display is superimposed with the HUD. I'll try a repair first and let you know. I did check for binding conflicts but will check again.
  7. It seems to work fine when starting in the air. Here is a track file loaded from ground start hot. No mods, as this is a fresh Window$ and DCS install. Thanks rob10. Track 1.trk dcs.log
  8. After designating a ground target with the helmet display, the target is lost when my HMD looks through the HUD. I used to be able to designate a ground target, look all around and it would still be designated. Now it seems I must sensor control switch it to the FLIR for it to remain designated before looking forward thru the HUD. I never had to do that before. Any suggestions? Thanks.
  9. Right on. Thanks again.
  10. Thanks Foka I was ignorant regarding the order of operations regarding Advanced options. Ya I was just messing around regarding the mission settings. Will the ship keep going around again even after it gets to the last waypoint? And do you know why sometimes I see white text for some advance options and grey for others. I don't have an example but have seen this recently and not sure what that is indicating. Cheers.
  11. It appears moving the corresponding TACAN and ILS actions up to the top of the list fixes the problem. Thanks for the help guys.
  12. Right, got ya. I am aware of the radio limitations just assumed 3000ft and line of sight was fine. I did try changing to channel 20 and up to 15000ft but still nothing (before posting this thread). I did notice that the Advanced waypoint options now some appear bright white and others grey, do you know what that means? Thanks. Roger that.
  13. Have at it. Thanks.
