Thank you, the problem was solved when I turned on the lights. I mistakenly took the night ejection signal as a salute... Thanks, everything got fixed when I switched lights, maybe I should have read the manual more!

I taxi to carrier ejection position #3 as instructed by the ground crew after completing a cold start, but after hooking up the tow bar and saluting (SHIFT+U) there is no response from the ground crew, so I can't eject from the carrier for takeoff.
