I found the problem. It was all me. I was stupid and mixed sth up with my account. Somehow I was too excited and bought the modul with the wrong account.

Hello everybody, I preorderd the AH-64, but I dont have a licence listed. I dont have any access to it. Its like I didnt buy the modul. Even though I bought it with paypal and the money was withdrawn from my bankaccount. I already contacted support, but they dont answer. Is anyone having the same problem?
