I had that problem and found that ThrustMaster, in their wisdom, had programmed throttle #2 to the rudder axis. Take that out and you should be OK.

I extracted the three .lua files but I can't seem to get them into the options screen. Can someone help an old man over his dilema? I suppose I could set the keys manually but I wouldn't learn anything that way.
