Whole heartedly agree Cornbread and redtail. Its funny those complaining about the 20 dollars will probably go out and eat at some junkfood restraunt or go see a movie or rent a movie for example and when its over - its over! At least for this 20 dollars you can play again and again and with friends and get an experience that is close to real life in some ways. Thanks ED for the awesome SIMS!

Does it matter what directory we install the upgrade from? In theory the upgrade should be able to find the Blackshark install no matter what drive or directory its on? BW I am very pleased with the cost for the upgrade and to support Eagle Dynamics for such high quality Sims.

I have done the exact same thing. Installed DCS Blackshark to C: in Windows 7 Professional 64 bit all default settings. I then ran it without it being patched. Then went back out and tried to run the Blackshark 2 patch and it keeps telling me DCS Blackshark has to be installed.
