  1. There's a list here: http://facetracknoir.sourceforge.net/compatibility/webcams.htm
  2. To install and use ppjoy Windows must be set to test mode. The video tutorial is not clear about that. If you don't want to see the test mode watermark, open the Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider and select Remove Watermarks.
  3. My webcam is a Logitech C300, I get 30fps with good lighting (30fps is the maximum for the C300). I've never used TrackIR but FaceTrackNoIR works very well and it's free. :music_whistling:
  4. Instructions for 64Bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium 1-Install PPjoy 0.8.4.6 as shown at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScuYfagMixU but do not deactivate Windows Test Mode or you won't be able to run and configure PPJoy. 2-In PPJoy create a virtual joystick and set it like this: 3-Install the faceAPI 4-Install FaceTrackNoIR v130 and Update5. Ste "Face API" as Tracker Source and "Virtual Joystick" as Game protocol. Check the "Invert" fields as shown, don't pay attention to the numeric values now. 5-Start DCS A-10C and you should see the new joystick. CLEAR every field in PPjoy column and set the axis as shown here: At this point you can use your head. :) Tip: to tweak your settings, run A-10C in a window, not full screen. This way it is easier to change the settings in FaceTrackNoIR while you fly. I hope this can help! :joystick:

  6. Nothing, at the moment. :D
  7. Is it safe to use ppjoy??? :helpsmilie: AVG reports: c:\Program Files (x86)\PPJoy Joystick Driver\PPJoyDLL.exe Trojan Downloader.Agent2.AAYR Infected c:\Program Files (x86)\PPJoy Joystick Driver\PPJoyMouse.exe Trojan Downloader.Agent2.AGHD Infected
  8. Today I have assembled my new PC and noticed that the LED on my external Western Digital (USB powered) hard disk was on even with power off. It never happened with my old PC...then this thread about LEDs came to mind. I solved the problem enabling the "EuP Ready" field in my Asus MB BIOS. It switches off the Wake On USB function, Wake On LAN, etc. I don't know if this can be the solution for the WH also, because i connected mine only when i solved the problem with my HD LED and the USB ports were not powered anymore. Well, try with the Eup or Wake On USB fields and see what happens, good luck!
  9. @redboers my WH has been sent today, price confirmed. :megalol:
  10. Thank you! Ordered it for £199 (about 235€) with free shipping to my country! :megalol:
  11. Hello, does this software work with any kind of webcam? Is it possible to use it in a very dark room (where the only light source is the monitor) with acceptable results?
