I pop in from time to time to see if anything has been updated on the situation. This won't contribute in any way, but I just felt I wanted to say something on the subject, if you will all indulge me. A group of 3 of us dabbled with DCS during Covid, led by me, but only properly got into it about 2 years ago (thanks to the A4 mod) and even then rarely flying due to family/work life. None with any flightsim experience, but wanting a new challenge. The learning curve was steep, but we perservered. I eventually used the 50% first time discount and bought more than I could justify, but during the trials I had fallen in love with the Mirage thanks to a super campaign for new people, and the AV8B since I heard a Sea Harrier was coming; my brother buying the latter for the same reason. The third of the group finally commited when he saw the F15E and it was an instant love for him. Each of us have now spent more on joysticks, throttles, etc. as a consequence of this enjoyment. I only relay this to say that, for quite new and inexperienced people, the RAZBAM/ED issue has becoming surprisingly off putting. That we coincidentally all fell in love with modules made by RAZBAM says to me they were doing something right with them. With considerably less disposable income these days, so are unlikely able to buy other modules, we are all a little concerned we put a lot of money into something we are going to drift away from if these modules deteriorate and/or don't get finished. This was a long winded, unplanned, essay to essentially say; we really hope this can get resolved amicably because, between ED and RAZBAM, we three fell in love with flight sims.

@BIGNEWY I am having similar problems to others where it seems to work randomly one time then not another. The reason for the tag is I was wondering if you would consider adjusting the PTT box colour outlines, which indicate status, to fill the box with a colour instead or have a symbol added? I have severe red/green colourblindness and so with such a thin outline I can't differentiate between them. It's making it difficult diagnosing the problems because I can't tell my friends what I can see on my side. Thank you.

A small request from me. Can the PTT colours which surround the box indicating status be made to completely colour the box and not be an outline? I have severe red/green colourblindness and I because it is such a thin outline I can't differentiate them. I am also having issues where we can't seem to get the voice chat to work reliably. It seems to be random if we can hear each other or not (after setting frequencies, volume, etc.). Not being able to see the colours is making it hard to diagnose why because I can't tell my friends what i'm seeing.

Good morning, I am a new DCS player (about 1 month ish) and logged in for the first time today, looking forward to using the new 14 day trial option, to work out what module(s) I want to buy for my first purchase. As soon as I opened up I was greeted with a screen telling me my trial access had ended and if I try to close I get this warning that it is my last chance to claim my 50% discount. I obviously don't want to just purchase until i'm sure what and how many I want to buy, so I assume this is a bug of some kind. I had to hit close or I can't get back to the menu, and sure enough the 50% discount offer has gone. I am using the standalone open beta client. Additionally, I noticed the one aircraft I am most interested in, the AV8B, isn't in the list either. Thank you in advance Update: the 50% popup came back when i reloaded the game, but with the same warning that it was my last chance.

Good afternoon all, My brother, a friend and I are all looking to learn to play DCS. I am the least experienced on flight sim type games but i'm getting the hang of it. We are using the community A4E Skyhawk as a way to learn a full fidelity aircraft before we make the plunge to buy a module since they are very expensive. What I was wondering is if there is a kind person out there who could make us a really simple Sandbox training mission that I can host multiplayer so we can learn together? I was thinking something like an aircraft carrier with 3 Skyhawks, perhaps 3 on an airfield too, and maybe some target ranges for air to ground practice and perhaps even some easy air assets that we can shoot down a bit like drones. We basically want to try to learn everything from basic flying to combat functions as a trio to enjoy the interaction together. Would this be possible (and not too time consuming) for someone experienced with the editor? Thank you very much
