Is there any chance we can get a update to model viewer please so we can see the newer models (ala F-5E) or can we at least get a viewable model file please?

I know every one is Super busy with everything going on with DCS currently (and always) but will you guys at some point be releasing the new updated texture template for the F5 please?

Please note this scales over a month period so far! Hi all, so I came to play after a few weeks off due to health and my game was lagging bad every few mins I went through a lot of trouble shooting trying to find it, and saw a few posts on here about core parking power setups and a few others, i even spent time looking through the log and couldnt see any issues but ignored one i found about my printer (yes in the dcs log) i found as i didn't think that would or even could cause it. So better safe than sorry i reinstalled my printer and the lagging started again! so i decided to uninstalled again and copy the error from the log which i've posted above. and since uninstalling i've had no issue what so ever, so any one have any clues why my printer is causing this and how i can fix it please, as kinda need my printer to thanks

Hi there, i'm trying to add a custom squadron to the USA for the log book. i've spent a few hours playing and nothing seems to be working. i followed the instructions that i have found and so far it states the following in the scripts\database\troops folder edit the USA lua, and add the 128x128 image to the missioneditor/data/images/countries/troops folder i copied this code troop('1st Fighter Squad.', _("1st FS Fightin' Furies (F-15 1984-2006)"), '1FS.png'), and edited it to troop('1st Fighter Squad.', _("1st nix test (F-16)"), '1FS.png'), after many attempts just to see if it would work, and no such luck. can anyone point me in the right direction please?? just as a Note i also deleted the whole first squadron to see what would happen, and it was still there... what file now controls the database for the logbook please?

so if i get this right you are saying Multi script script 1 will be the "function respawnunits(_spawnType)" etc etc etc script script 2 will be _GpName = "Aerial-1" Script 3 will be _GpName = "next group" etc etc etc?? is that bit above right? isnt there a way to just make it 1 script for the gpname but as a group blue or coalition etc? and thanks buddy, you've been such a grand help

So i got this working perfectly so far, BUT i don't want it to be just one plane so i tried to add the 14 and the 18 as you can see but it didnt work. is there away to make it any of the BLUE team? Thanks for this by the way im actually starting to get it

no the first who section on what you showed me the first trigger was Run script. where was that script? and is it what i need to download and add it to my dcs? if so how do others get it if its told to look for it in my mission, but the mission is only the miz file??

hi all, im trying to make a training map for my squad at the moment, and i have just started to add a heli farp. i can't seem to find Combined task force in the allegence options any more, and struggeling to find all playable helo's can anyone suggest what i've done wrong please

ok i've managed to play around a little bit with it and i have a couple more quiestions. i've now managed to get it to have 2 f10 options f10 spawn car spawn mig but in each option they have "respawn unit" how would i make multiple choice? so if you went "f10/spawn mig/ you could then choose f1 drone / f2 rookie / f3 ace for example? also when you tell it to Start script at the very begining i tried to find where mine was saved that matched the one you said to load and couldn't find it, where would that be buddy? your help has been ace i'm starting to slightly get it

that would very much be appriciated, i was looking toward using mist or moose due to being able to have the one unit respawning, but the tigger action for it would (i think) be the normal comm f10 stuff from the normal side of the triggers?

Hi guys, i'm trying to make a mission for my squadron i fly with where they can use f10 to respawn an enemy, i know this can only be done once with out use of a script i keep hearing moose or mist - now i dont know the differences or which one to use? Im completely new to it and would like some help if at all possible, What one should i use? Where do i find them? and any one willing to advise HOW to use them? Many thanks in advance

may i ask why 87's are used instead of 97's still new to full terminology and am learning the viper currently. i was led to believe 87 was cem for anti personel? im yet to manage to get all targets my scored is 80 i ithink but i want that perfect 100 many thjanks for the campaign -

well i managed to get it all sorted, Thank you so much - NOW for the joys of short term memory issue, when the next patch snuffs this, i'll have no clue and have to investigate all over again lol!!! my map on the lower mfd dose need moving to the right "EVER" so slightly, but i'll play around with that another time
