  1. Hey Snowman! I was a fan of the Search and Rescue server, specially firefighting and i really wish they had added the Mosquito to fight the forest fires... Hope you guys keep developing it and maybe get firefighting missions going on too. Just tried your AirCav server. Loaded some hookers (thats really an option wow), but was not clear to where i should take them. Thought about flying them to the Yatch Club, but since it was raining (which i love), we ended up throwing a party inside the helicopter. Thx for the suggestion.
  2. BTW, this is the "briefing" of that only SAR server that is up right now: "Beyrut, teroristos provezli provezli Shilki, nasha zadacha spasat' spasateley kotoryye budut spasat' spasateley kotoryye spasali spasateley kotoryye spasali i byt' v storone ot Shilok, chtoby vas ne stali spasat' spasateli." Which translates (by google): "Beirut, the terrorists were transported by Shilki, our task is to save the rescuers who will save the rescuers who saved the rescuers who saved and to be away from Shilki so that the rescuers do not save you." Awesome! Now i understand...
  3. Hello gents, I cant find the "classic" Search and Rescue server on the server list anymore. That one that had great air ambulance and firefighting tasks... The only Search and Rescue style server i can see listed now is apparently a russian one that provides no info at all about its tasks, etc... I hope the original Search and Rescue did not go forever, because although not very popular, it was great indeed and with room to improve.
  4. Hi When I fly multicrew in the Apache as CPG, what happens is: every time the pilot (human pilot) trims the aircraft, i feel it in my joystick. Problem is: as CPG I use my joystick axis to operate the TEDAC camera and I don’t even have my joystick set to the aircraft controls axis in the configuration. That way, I believe I should not be getting any feedback from pilot inputs. But then when the pilot trims, the feedback moves my joystick somewhere, forces it there (so I have to keep fighting it) and all this messes with my camera/laser inputs. The only way I found to overcome this, was to disable my FFB. But then it also creates another problem, as with FFB turned off, the joystick comes lose without the centering force and this too creates trouble when operating the camera/laser. I think the game should not send FFB inputs from pilot to CPG, specially not when the CPG doesn’t have its joystick axis set to aircraft controls in the configuration. Hope this can be fixed soon and until there, would be great if someone have any temporary solution other than CPG having to turn its joystick’s force feedback off. Thanks in advance. ps: I use a Sidewinder FBB 2 joystick.
  5. Hello. First I would like to say thank you for providing this great server for us to enjoy. I love it and have hundreds of rescues and firefights on it, flying all types of helicopters. I’m glad I’ve found this topic and it’s great to see that the idea is still being improved! The new wildfire effect is pretty cool. WTG! Now some user feedback: To be honest I came here specially to request the addition of the Mosquito as a firefighter airplane (I bought that module hoping to use it on this server someday!!) I’m happy to see that other people have already requested that on early posts. It’s a great module and this server deserves it! It would be great to be more effective in fighting forest fires, departing from small airfields and forward grass airstrips and being able to refill the water tank at those locations. Now THIS would be awesome! A few other small things that would be cool to have someday: -pilot stats recording amount of fire cells extinguished; -possibility to reset pilot stats from the script menu; -pilot stats recording more data (flight time, rescues, fire cells extinguished, cargo transported, etc…) *per aircraft type and total*. One last thing: someone with real life Firefighting experience had suggested the ability to strategically drop firefighting personal into the wildfire area to help fighting it. That’s a great idea! Imagine that the personal when placed, would help prevent the fire from spreading that way (technically/algorithmically speaking, they would hold the fire on that cell just like when u drop water in front of the fire). BUT they are not invincible: there should be a probability for the team to get killed by the fire if it leasts for too long on a cell next to them. This would make the helicopter support very important. Once that spot is controlled, the helicopter should be able to pick them up and relocate the team. obs: allow one firefighting group per helicopter. If they are lost, Pilot could take another team from the firefighting base. This would help creating more focus to the helos firefighting mission, making it more fun, specially because we are often fighting that big fire alone (or in a very small group) and it always feels like a lost battle. So having to keep ur ground crew alive adds another level of fun and challenge, even if one can’t stop the whole fire alone. Ps: Please, first: give us the firefighting Mosquito! If you took your time to read this until here, thanks for ur attention.

  7. Hello! I would like to report a strange bug that happened to me last night while flying online. I VRS while delivering a crate by slingload over the montains, was able to save and belly landed, breaking both Hind´s wings. This event triggered the most weird bug i have ever had. Luckily i was flying Live, so it was recorded! Check the video (2:46min, make sure to watch 1080res60p)! https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1207028709
