Confirmed, worked for me as well. I don't have it installed on steam, but I buy on steam because I started there and like to have all licenses in 1 place. I unselected normandy 1944 DLC, restarted steam client and then got the normandy 2 full as above, and can now transfer the steam license.

A lot of people are having issues with the steam upgrade where we don't get the actual map DLC, but only upgrade packs after buying an upgrade: Appears like this is the thread where we all end up at. Is it possible to rename this thread to something that better reflects this has to do with steam issues when purchasing an upgrade for Normandy 2? From the scattered responses, it's clear that ED is aware of this and looking for a solution, but it's not yet clear to me what exactly affected customers need to do at this point. @BIGNEWYDoes everyone with the steam upgrade purchasing issue need to contact steam or ED support individually, or is it better for us to wait and stay put until a common solution procedure has been found and where would this be communicated?
