  1. Since people are always happy to tell others to RTFM… You did check the wind above deck on included missions? Both I checked were less than 30 knots above deck. I even modified one of these missions to 0 knots above deck. Trapped on first try. There must be something else going on, because on my initial mission my carrier did east and west legs having ~ 21 knots above deck to the east and ~ 29 knots to the west. What I learned from these tests is, that before building and flying long missions always do a test pattern first to verify landings are working fine.
  2. Well, the carrier is working now in my mission. I simply moved it to another position on a heading straight into the wind (even though it’s only 4 knots of wind, and the carrier is doing 25 knots). Kinda strange, with this kind of wind and speed of the carrier headwind-component above deck is always 21+ knots and should be no factor. Trapped 4 out of 5. On the first try I might have been a few inches low and hit the deck prop first. Came to a stop without the need of hook or wire.
  3. Definitely a bug. Instant action mission on the WW2 Marianas map works fine. Hook caught wire on first attempt. And on every following attempt. On my self build mission on the modern Marianas map I didn’t catch a single wire in ~20 attempts with different speeds (80 to 95), flaps settings (30 and 50) and carrier going ether ~east or ~west. Finally I diverted to the Supercarrier in the same mission and trapped first try. Nevertheless a great module and fun to fly. Can’t wait for the first high quality campaign.
