  1. I have recently acquired a pretty high powered Dell server running MS server 2016 that I just setup on the server racks at my office. I am planning on setting it up to run 4 Instances of DCS (2 DCS World & 2 DCS Open Beta) with SRS Radio. I will have a remote desktop solution running so I can manage the server remotely when I'm not at the office. I would like to use the WebGui to view and manage the servers. So here are my questions How to properly setup the 2 different instances of the DCS World and DCS Beta servers? Do I need multiple installations of each? If not then how to setup the multiple instances per version. I have read allot of different information here in the forums but most pertains to old game version from 2016-2019. So how do you run several instances of the current versions? I have looked at all the .lua files in both servers and have not found the place to specify the webgui port #. Where is this at and/or where do I add this information? Does the DCS Updater Utility sill work for current versions of DCS World and Open Beta? Is this still a useful tool to use? I want to be able to have SRS Radio for all 4 instances. What is the best way to accomplish this goal? I really want to do this right guys. Just before Christmas I discovered DCS and am hooked and completely obsessed with this simulation. Cannot wait for the F-4 Phantom to be released. I want to run these servers long term which means I want them running as flawless as I can. Can you help me out here? Server Specs: Dell PowerEdge R720 Server with 2 x 64 E5-2690 8 core processors at 2.9GHz, 16-Cores total, 96GB memory, 4x 2TB HDD Mirrored, Perc H710P Mini 1GB, DVD-RW
  2. HeyJax, I'm 54 in the SW Missouri area. Started playing flight sims on my Commodore Vic 20 in 1983. My love for flight sims started with Gunship, F-19 Stealth Fighter and Falcon. Haven't played any flight sims for almost 2 decades now. Recently rediscovered my past passion for flight sim this past fall. Played a few space sims but got interested in DCS by watching some great youtube videos done by the Grim Reapers. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZuXjkFY00p1ga3UyCBbR2w I got DCS last month and just spent a buttload this weekend on DLC for DCS on the current sale. I lived for 42 years in Jacksonville, Florida which is home to the Mayport Naval Base, NAS Jax, the former Cecile Field and Whitehouse field. There was also an Army National Guard Cobra then Apache helicopter squadron as well as a Air National Guard Detachment. So I grew up and lived for quite some time in a major military air hub. My main interest is Naval Aviation centered around Carrier Ops. I just got a Saitek Rhino HOTAS and finished up configuring a detachable desk mount for them today. So I am also now looking for a place to start. Looking for a Mature group to join thats flys allot, can help out a DCS noob and is centered around Carrier Aviation.
