  1. Hey folks! I tried looking into this myself, but everything i find is 3+ years old, and not using the current software VIRPIL has. I recently put together a TCM503 + CP1 throttle/panel setup for use in flight games. While i had only the TCM50, i had the buttons set up to change colors if pressed so i'd know if one had been used or not, but doing so required i used up all of the 'simple led indication' marks inside the VPC Config software. With the CP1 added in, there's now more than just 6 LED buttons. Anyone know how to set this up in the VPC software so that 'all' of the buttons will individually flip between the base color they are set as, to a single other color when pressed, then back to their base color when pressed again? ie: i currently use the mode-shift to have them all at Blue by default... and im wanting to have each individual button turn red when pressed. Thanks for any help
  2. Yea... i keep getting the different hats/switches mixed up name-wise.. but that is what i meant. And ahh, thanks for that. I knew "something" was going on, but it was driving me crazy trying to figure out what i was doing differently..... now i need to look up how to get the HUD in/out of Gun mode so i don't fumble around like this again
  3. Hey Folks... i have a quick question. A few months ago i picked up the A10CII and spent a few weeks flying around and playing DCS with it. I got decently good at using it and then got back into another game with a update for it that came out. Now, after about a month or not touching DCS, i hopped back into the A10CII and while trying to cycle between weapons after taking off, i realized that the controls i 'use' to use, no-longer work unless i 'manually' select at least 1 weapon first. What i mean is this.... I "USE" to be able to have the HUD as the active SOI, then hit Coolihat Left/right to cycle between the weapons on the aircraft without having to actually 'select' a weapon from the weapons page of the MFD. Last night, i hopped back into the AC10CII and after taking off, trying to cycle through the weapons with the Coolihat refused to work. Out of curriosity i manually selected a weapon from the MFD, then re-tried the coolihat, and suddenly it was acting like i remembered it again where left/right coolihat = cycled between weapons. Did something change? or is this an odd bug?
  4. Hey folks at Eagle Dynamics! Umm... DCS Noob (had an account made for a year or so but only recently actually started playing) here with a small request. Would be it that difficult to give us a 'save loadout' button in the Rearm/Refuel windows while we are in-sim? I know its a minor thing, but it is a bit of a "Quality of Life" thing as well. So-far as i can tell, by following a friends instructions, the only way to really 'make' a loadout that you can customize is to create a blank mission in the mission editor, plop down the aircrafts you want to make loadouts for, then start customizing/saving/editing there. Which, while it works, still isnt really 'ease of access' as in order to make any changes you have to go all the way back into the editor again. So if you find a new loadout option you like on a server, you not only have to consistently manually re-place that loadout for every aircraft you pull, you have to wait till you leave the server and re-open the editor then make the changes there for the 'next time' you go to that particular server. So how about it? How hard would it be to give us a 'save' function on the Rearm/Refuel window?
