  1. Thanks for all your suggestions - I think I just need to give it some time Jorgensen
  2. I have Oculus Rift VR. So you are not using the touch controlleres? I guess that’s also not really ment to be. Setting up Jester using a button on the stick seems like a good idéa. And do you then activate and deactivate stuff by just looking at them and press a button on the stick (also the jester menu)? - and then binding the zoom function to a button on the stick? The same thing for the communication menu, bind a key on the stick and then look and click to activate? I think that pressing the different keys on the keyboard somehow spoils the VR experience.
  3. Hi I've just tried dcs and f14 for the first time, and I simply can't figure out how to control in VR :-( How does one activate buttons and handles in VR? I have the green beam light, and I can activate some buttons just by pressing them, but I can't activate any of Jesters options :( Does anyone know of a tutorial to get started in DCS / VR? Sorry so total newbie I know..... One more question, in the tutorial, there is a window that pops up with an explaining text, and I can press space to go to the next stepm, but is there a way to bring it back, if i'm to slow :-( doh. Thanks
  4. i think you also can use mouse wheel button - press and move
  5. Sorry, yes i'm takling about the "laser" / mouse cursor. I just wonder if it was possible to activate buttons just by looking at them and press a joystick button. I use xpadder to get two joystick buttons to act like left end right mouse button, but I need a cursor to pinpoint the decided buttons :-) Jorgensen
  6. is it possible to activate the laser without moving the mouse? - like an on/off button on the stick?
  7. thank Acoustic
  8. thanks falcon - and i found a way to increase the text size for tool tips :-)
  9. thanks everyone :-) i wonder - do you only use voice attack for controls that can't be done by mouse - or only the ones that makes 'sense' - like the comms menu - that is impossible to see in vr? i will search for viacom - thanks frusheen
  10. Ups sorry - i use oculus DK2. I wonder what kind of mods people use? Thanks
  11. I wonder if some of you are doing complete missions in vr? I ask course I wonder if it's possible to do, as I find it a bit hard to do. One example is reading the communications menu. I wish I could change the position of the menu, to make it readable, or even better is should follow the view. I really do injoy cockpit in vr :-) Thanks Jorgensen
  12. I just fell in love with my F-86f sabre and combinated with my DK2 i had a very stunning evening yesterday :-) But i have two questions :-) 1 is'nt there a forum related to VR? 2 and can i somehow make cues larger and less transparent? as i have a hard to read them and any tips to make the VR experience better are very welcome - or maybe a link to good threads regarding this subject :-) Thanks Jorgensen
  13. Does anyone know why there is no officiel keyboard shotcut overview in the manual ? Thanks :-)
  14. I'm also interested. Do you plan to post some vids on youtube ? :-)
