so i just found out that you may need to be running windows 11 to see full performance boost. i'm updating to it now to see what it's like.

let me start out by saying i'm sure someone has asked this before, i'm just not sure how to phrase what i'm looking for so finding the information is a little bit tough. is there a way to remove "late activation" client aircraft from the select role screen before they are actually active? is there a way to have "mod" aircraft in your server without every single client needing to have those aircraft installed? is there a way to have "server skins" - where liveries are available in server without each individual client needing to have them pre-installed? anyways thanks to anyone who can help answer my questions!

where does the obs plugin file go? am i correct in assuming this is for streaming? kinda interested in it if anyone has any insight
