I cant ge the auto execute full start procedure to work.... it says hit: home - LWin... I hit the home key, the L the the windows keys and nothing happens.. does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

Purchased the Blackshark software and attempted to download, but it keeps coming up with an error. The tech email comes back undeliverable and the general email does too. I was questioning myself when I purchased, but hope the owners read this and provide some help. The site says the software will be delivered, but :(. I have a copy of the program that I lost the serial key, so I decided to purchase it again.. can anyone help me contact someone?
